The commitment

I had a random series of deep and clear thoughts that fueled the creation of this blog:
1.)Relapse and reservations about my lifestyle are not an option. There is no going back. Bumming, sleeping, gluttony and being sedentary is not freedom!

2.)I feel and know that I am physically unhealthy and feel disgusted by it on a minute by minute basis. I live in a shell; my warm gluttonous, slothful, greedy, proud shell. Only, inside this shell there is the secret: that is where I live!Inside there is greatness brooding, inside, where the soul breaths! Health and fitness, discipline, integrity and productivity are all core values that empower the me inside.
3.)Focus, wisdom, meditation, prayer, order, love, and sacrifice are the tools of my liberating transformation. Living in the now, self aware and conscious of my dreams, aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, I am free.

I make a commitment to myself to:
a. Take excellent care of myself:
-physically
-mentally
-spiritually
-relationally
-financially

b. Doing all I can; when and where I can; and always as best as it can be done.
-Take the road less traveled and always go the extra mile.
- Always finish what I start with even greater joy, accomplishment, and passion.
-Confidently going beyond my fear and reasons , and being present, unreasonable and thus honoring my word.

c. Apply wisdom, integrity and mastery to my career and life’s work:
-Always be the solution.
-Do it anyway!
Start with the small and personal things and they will translate into larger practices, e.g. school work, house work, volunteering, initiatives and projects, clubs….
